About me

Clinical Hypnotherapy and Coaching

Specialising in Past Life Regression and Life between Lives, PTSD, WEIGHT LOSS and QUITTING SMOKING.

About me
I first became involved in personal development many years ago through the practise of meditation. At the time, I was very much involved in performing as a musician, and gradually began to discover natural trance states and methods of healing. Through a long and fascinating journey I discovered that powerful change is possible and so trained as a hypnotherapist in London and am now helping others to access similar inner resources to promote change.

How Hypnotherapy can help
Hypnotherapy works by communicating with that other part of our mind that holds all of our automatic responses, behaviours and habits. It's a way of re-educating that unconscious part of our mind to give it new choices and bring it more up to date.

My Methods
I use a variety of methods and techniques ranging from more traditional clinical hypnotherapy to Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) to communicate with and re-educate those automatic mental processes in order to promote positive change quickly and efficiently.

I have helped many clients with problems such as anxiety, addictions, phobias, insomnia, weight management, smoking, alcohol consumption and relationship issues.

Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.

All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
