I have a special interest in helping people improve their lives and build on their self-confidence, dispelling negative issues, thereby gaining control of their stress levels, and overcome feelings of anxiety. I believe it's your right as a person, to feel relaxed... calm... happy... and confident... every single day...
Hypnotherapy is a highly effective in assisting positive changes in a short time, and can help with long-standing limiting self beliefs, feelings and behaviours. Although we are often consciously aware of our problems we are often unable to change our attitudes because the behaviour is so ingrained in the subconscious. During the initial consultation I will begin by taking a full history of your issues. I will then begin treatment which may take as little as 3-4 sessions.
I'm qualified in both hypnotherapy and psychotherapy and have run a home based practice for the last 10 years. I offer a calm, comfortable, peaceful and safe environment for the therapy process to take place.
*Please feel free to call or email me to see if hypnotherapy might help you overcome your specific issues. I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation.
