I am based in central London and also include home visits. I understand that you may be new to hypnotherapy, you may not know what to expect and you probably have a lot of questions. Maybe you are looking for a new therapist or emergency sessions. Whatever your situation, I am here to put you at ease and answer your questions.

Training, qualifications & experience
Life experience skills will be naturally introduced by the therapist whilst practicing. The rapport between the client and therapist is paramount. If this is not in place, there will be resistance from the client and therapy will be unsuccessful.
Additionally crucial key requirements to being a successful therapist are listening skills, empathy, and congruence. These are all necessary for a successful outcome for the client. I have trained and qualified as a hypnotherapist and I have worked with a variety of clients, helping in all kinds of issues, stress, anxiety, phobias etc.

Having the experience from a sports background, I understand the need to have the confidence to be able to perform and the need to stay focused. If your confidence has been lost, it can be very difficult to achieve the results you are expecting. You're only as good as your last performance! This is, undoubtedly, what your coach will tell you.
