However, If you are here today looking for someone to help you or a loved one you have already taken a positive step in the right direction which is a great start. I have been a full time practicing therapist for 19 years now. I work with all age groups whilst specialising with children, youngs adults and therapy / supervision for therapists.  My expertise enables me to work with most worries and issues. I pride myself on a honest, straightforward approach to therapy that works for most.
