About me

Looking for a therapist to help you can feel difficult in itself.  Sometimes it's just wondering where to start. However, if you are here today looking for someone to help you or a loved one you have already taken a positive step in the right direction. I have been a full time practicing therapist for nearly 20 years now. I work with all age groups whilst specialising with children, young adults and therapy / supervision for therapists.  My expertise enables me to work with most anxiety, worries and issues. I pride myself on a honest, straightforward approach to therapy that works for most.

Please send me a message if you would like to talk through your concerns or book an appointment.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a Counsellor, Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist with 20 years experience. As well as training and qualifying in many different areas of therapy, I have also sat on the board at the APHP qualifying awards as well as being a guest presenter, tutor and supervisor. In 2016 I was awarded a Fellowship from the APHP which has been a career highlight to date.
