I'm Hilary Crundwell and with Cognitive Hypnotherapy I would like to teach you to feel good about yourself. Let me help you get in touch with the reasons why we have these unwanted habits and behaviours, whether it is chronic anxiety, PTSD, over-eating, smoking or a phobia, Cognitive hypnotherapy has been shown to be really effective. I am also an NLP Master Practitioner, so I have lots of tools in my kit bag which will be tailored to your individual needs. I am now qualified as an Ollie Coach, a concept which helps children understand their emotions using 'Ollie and his superpowers'. I am DBS checked and have a NSPCC safe guarding certificate. Due to the Covid-19 virus I am now offering etherapy. Using a safe connection, hypnotherapy, given remotely, can be just as effective as giving face to face sessions.

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.
