About me
I am a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and Motivational Coach, specialising in building confidence, weight issues, dealing with physical & emotional pain, smoking and phobias. My aim is to enable you to develop the skills you need to live the life you want.
Hypnotherapy: Hypnosis (trance) is the natural state when we are relaxed or on 'auto pilot'. The deeply relaxed client is receptive to new ideas on how to deal with past difficulties and make changes that will ensure a different future. You remain in control at all times
Coaching: Provides an opportunity to receive expert help on challenges you face in order to see things more clearly, set up realistic plans and goals that will create significant changes
Hypnotherapy & Coaching, separately, or together, can help with any difficulty

Areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
Information about health conditions (*)
Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.
Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
Coping with illness, anxiety and pain from the moment of diagnosis, through your treatment and how you regroup your resources afterwards, so that you can live again!
Fees
Additional information
I charge £80 for a 60 minutes session, with concessions for older people, students and those receiving benefits.
When I work
Weekend days 7.30 - 7.30
Further information
Clients receive my relaxation CD at their first session and a personal download that addresses their particular issues in hypnotic language to play between sessions
Everyone is different so it is difficult to say how many sessions your issue would need until I meet you.
Something like smoking (if you REALLY want to give up!) can take 1 or 2 sessions; deep-rooted anxiety due to past causes can take longer. However, neither hypnotherapy or coaching are intended to be a long-term practice. They are designed to give you empowering skills and techniques that address your individual needs that will always be yours to use.
