About Me

After completing a BSc (hons) Psychology I commenced a career in Human Resources.  A career I was drawn to because I knew I wanted to work in a profession that had people at the heart of it. I quickly realised I got a huge amount of satisfaction supporting people to reach their potential and experienced an enormous amount of enjoyment connecting with people and helping them find effective solutions to their problems.

After a period of time, I found that an increased proportion of my day was spent supporting Managers with their team’s mental health. As this continued to increase I felt compelled to support people on a much deeper level and began training to qualify as a Hypno-Psychotherapist.

We will use a collaborative approach, which means we explore and establish your goals of therapy, and together we work towards achieving your desired outcome. This means that I provide you with a bespoke experience, which is deeply personal to you.

I pride myself on providing you with a professional, safe and confidential space to explore how you are feeling and to truly listen to you without judgement.

Free Initial Consultation

If you are interested in exploring hypnotherapy can help you, then I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation to all potential new clients.

The consultation is a valuable opportunity for me to understand more about your goals, explain how Hypnosis works and discuss how Hypnotherapy can help you. It is also a great opportunity for you to decide if you want to work with me.

My 15 minute consultations are completely free of charge and come with no commitment to continue with therapy.

You can contact the Hypnotherapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
