About me

Having personally experienced periods of depression, low self-esteem, stress and anxiety at work, loss of a loved one, feeling stuck and generally having a pretty negative outlook on life, I have personally benefited from the wonderful impact that hypnosis and counselling have  given me which is why I chose to learn to help others who are experiencing challenging times in their life.

The most important benefit, for me, is the feeling of normality and a sense of returning to me when everything else seems to be out of control, I have the ability to see my life as a whole, feel grounded, I have learned to value and appreciate the aspects of my life which make me happy and work on the areas I want to feel better about.

If you feel that I can help you, contact me to have a chat or book an appointment.

Information about health conditions (*)

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.

The initial consultation may last up to an hour and a half so that we can discuss your situation and desired outcome, further sessions may take less or about the same, for this, my fee is £50 per session.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a hypnotherapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the hypnotherapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

Wheelchair user access Unspecified

I am happy to visit clients in their own homes if this is of preference to the client.
