I am passionate about using our natural-born abilities to overcome difficulties in our lives to create a healthier, happier and enjoyable life. We all have this ability and hypnotherapy is an excellent example of using our inner thoughts and feelings to drive the changes we want to make. But, it’s not just about hypnotherapy, I use other methods as well to help people un-tap their innate abilities to make changes for themselves – one example of this is Human Social Functioning, another is Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, another is Neuro Linguistic Programming – so depending on your situation, your belief system and how you want to be helped, I can pull on any number of ways to meet your needs in the most effective way. And what’s really exciting is that these therapies complement each other perfectly as well as being equally effective individually.
