Helen France Hypnotherapy at Tenterden & Battle
I have been in practice since 2000, so I have a real wealth of experience to offer you, no matter how unusual your problem. What sort of things do you treat, people often ask me. Here are just some of them: anxiety, fears, phobias, panic attacks, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, mild depression, stress, smoking, slimming down and keeping that unwanted weight off, excessive or binge drinking, excessive nervousness about giving presentations or speaking in public, nail-biting, eating disorders, fear of rejection, perfectionism, jealousy, relationship strains and breakdown, bereavement and divorce issues, enhancing the immune system, reducing the side effects of chemotherapy, teeth grinding (bruxism) IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), eczema and psoriasis, pruritis and migraines.

Areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
Information about health conditions (*)
Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.
Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
I also use life coaching techniques, goal-directed therapy, life strategy work, role play and EMDR.
£70 per session lasting an hour. For patients seeing me in the family home at Tenterden You will generally get longer than an hour as I do not have to fit in with other therapists as I do at my clinics in Battle. Also Tenterden has some of the best ladies' clothes shopping in Kent, and for the gentlemen there is the steam train or the local history museum, and of course there are many, many wonderful places for coffee or a meal afterwards.
I am unable to treat people suffering from psychiatric disorders such as manic depression, schizophrenia, or people suffering from dementia, babies or infants. People with borderline personality disorders or severe depression are not within my remit either.
Maximum availability Tenterden. Medical clinics at Maidstone, Faversham and Battle by appointment. Video consultation - text or phone to arrange - include your full name.
