About me

Online Hypnosis in English and German

Quantum Hypnosis (distance/remote hypnosis sessions)

I am a clinical hypnotherapist with a MSc in clinical hypnosis, naturopath (Heilpraktiker) and meditation instructor, based in Dorchester and London.

Is stress or exhaustion keeping you from doing what you really want and enjoying your life?

Do you feel that inner doubts, negative beliefs and anxiety or fear are holding you back?

If you want to live an empowered life that allows you to use your true potential, I can help you to access your inner resources and regain control over your life.

In my work, I focus on treatments for stress and anxiety which are often associated with lack of self-confidence or self esteem. These problems can be experienced by musicians, actors or athletes but also generally in the work environment, in exam situations, or any kind of performance or demonstration. Likewise, medical conditions can lead to stress and anxiety.

The combination of Clinical Hypnotherapy with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Mindfulness provides an efficient approach in therapy. It can also be successfully used as an integrative adjunct to traditional therapy.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified and accredited clinical hypnotherapist with and MSc in clinical hypnosis and 12 years experience working with people suffering from a variety of problems or who want to make a change in their lives.

Originally I trained as a wood sculptor before retraining as a Heilpraktiker (Naturopath). I established my own private practice in Germany in 2006, with hypnotherapy an essential part of my work, and an area I developed further through my studies at the London College of Clinical Hypnosis and the University of West London. As one of the very few students I received a distinction in the MSc in Clinical Hypnotherapy.

Integrating my 20 years meditation experience, I have invented a new and highly effective method, called Hypno-Mind Meditation. It is a rapid solution to refresh and reboot in a busy life, using a potent blend of self-awareness and hypnosis. This technique guides into a state of relaxation, enabling to access your untapped stores of self-confidence, self-esteem, and emotional resilience.
