About me

Hello, my name is Haylee

I am a clinical Hypnotherapy practitioner with a vast interest in mental health. The issues I treat are; anxiety (all forms), depression, stress, grief and motivation.

A typical appointment would start with a 30 minute to an hours consultation. This is an informal chat to get to know you and what issue/s you are struggling with and how I, as your therapist can best help. I will then explain what Hypnotherapy is and how it works using visuals through diagrams and models. I will do my best in answering all your questions and putting your mind at ease.

If you feel Hypnotherapy is right for you after your initial consultation then we would book you in for an appointment for another day that suits you. My Hypnotherapy sessions usually last for an hour, and sometimes they may go slightly over.

All my Hypnotherapy sessions are tailored to each of my clients. How many sessions you will need depends entirely on how long you have been struggling with the issue/s. (As a rough guide: 2 - 6 sessions).

I will make you feel at ease, I am approachable and down to earth. I look forward to working with you soon.

My hours working hours are: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays 10 - 6pm

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a hypnotherapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the hypnotherapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
