About me

Have you not been feeling like yourself for a while now, but unsure of what the problem is?

Do you have a bad habit or addiction that seems impossible to kick?

Maybe you’ve started to doubt yourself and your capabilities and life has felt a lot harder ever since?

Do you feel constantly on edge, anxious and worried about what might be around the corner?

Perhaps you feel overwhelmed with life’s pressures and stress but are unsure of what needs to change?

Maybe a life-long phobia has prevented you from living life to the full and you’re wondering how you can beat it once and for all?

Or perhaps you feel like you're eating a healthy diet and regularly exercising but frustrated because you can't seem to lose weight.

Are you looking for someone who can help you quickly identify the root cause of the underlying issue and support you in building a long-term solution?

Are you looking for a solution where you’ll experience results and feel differently about the problem after the first session?

Blending my skills as a solution focused psychotherapist, coach and hypnotherapist, I believe that I have something truly special to offer you.

I'll use my skills to help you resolve painful memories, emotional conflicts, traumas, phobias and old belief patterns that have become a barrier to you living the life that you want. I am trained in methods that quickly resolve that problem and help you to align with your own skills and resources to create the change you want. My methods change lives and they'll change yours for the better too.

I work with a diverse range of clients who have achieved complete freedom from anxiety, confidence issues, additions and life-long phobias following their sessions with me. My solution-focused approach will enable me to identify the root-cause of the issue and explain this to you, suggesting in a simple way how we resolve it.

Every session is tailored to how you’re feeling at the time that we meet. To get the most out of the session, I will always base the blend of what I offer based on where you are at.

My motivation for working with you is to see you walk away noticing how much lighter and happier you feel after achieving the change you desire.

I love what I do and I'm looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Further information

“I was skeptical about hypnotherapy, but also keen to try it out. Hannah made me feel relaxed and at ease when talking about very personal issues I wanted help with.

During the session, Hannah to my surprise guided me into such a relaxed state; I felt what I can only describe as a blanket being gently placed over me as I drifted away into a place of total peace, warmth and safety.

I came away from the session feeling relaxed, positive and free from the anxieties I had been carrying around with me for so long.

Thank you Hannah.”

- Sophie, Portslade

Chocolate addiction

“I had a session with Hannah recently to help me kick a chocolate addiction that I have had for 20 years. I was slightly nervous having never done a hypnotherapy session before but as soon as I met her she put me at ease.

She combines a friendly empathetic approach with professionalism and a real desire to help. What I was really surprised with were some of the questions which were clearly designed to get to the root of my problem. I can still remember one which I thought was strange at the time but as the session went on really began to make sense and still makes a huge difference to how I think today. It was a very positive experience for me and has really helped. I have no problem at all in recommending Hannah to anyone who feels the need for a little extra help with whatever the issue may be.”

- Ben, Burgess Hill

Preparing for birthing

"I actually really enjoyed the labour, I hardly felt any pain or discomfort and gave birth in the pool which was a dream come true. Thank you so much, I believe it was solely down to the hypnobirthing techniques you taught me. I even enjoyed the contractions. I am so impressed at how powerfully it worked"

- Katy, Brighton

Sickness phobia

"I just wanted to let you know that my little girl was sick last night and I was there with her every step of the way and didn't leave her side. I feel drained today, but in a way I am glad it happened because I needed to know I could put our sessions into practice. I had more strength and courage than I thought I ever would have. If it wasn't for the work I had completed with you, I know I wouldn't have been able to cope with last night. Thank you so much."

- Ellen, Hove

Trouble sleeping

"I have slept very well since the session - you worked your magic, thank you so much. I feel less preoccupied with sleep in general (maybe because I am sleeping) and it feels lovely to have some head space away from the anxiety."
