I am a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Practitioner of NLP Professional Coaching and accredited Teacher of Mindfulness Meditation who is committed to improving the lives of others in need of help. I have trained in a wide range of interventions and offer a personalised and totally confidential service in a relaxed, comfortable and safe environment.
I studied hypnotherapy at Central England College of Clinical Hypnosis (CECCH) where I gained a diploma in Hypnotherapy (D.Hyp). I also have a diploma in eating disorders and OCD. Please see training, qualifications & experience below for more information regarding additional CPD training.

Quit 4 Life integrates clinical hypnosis (hypnotherapy) with CBT to offer a powerful support mechanism to assist those deciding to quit smoking. Whilst it is true there's nothing guaranteed to make someone quit smoking, having this therapy can make a difference in helping you to believe that you can succeed and gain the confidence to do so.
It has long been known that the way we think and how we deal with our thoughts plays a big part in mental health. Mindfulness meditation is a mind-body based, psychosensory approach that helps people change the way they think and feel about their experiences, especially stressful experiences.
Mindfulness meditation, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) are ways of paying attention to the present moment, using a variety of therapeutic approaches.
MBCT is recommended by the National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) for the prevention of relapse in recurrent depression. It combines mindfulness techniques like meditation, breathing exercises and gentle movement with elements from cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) to help break the negative thought patterns that are characteristic of recurrent depression.
Research has shown that mindfulness meditation offers powerful health and wellbeing benefits including:

I offer a free 15-20 minute consultation. This is an informal discussion which includes an explanation of hypnosis and how this may help with your issues and to determine the best course of action. After the initial consultation, should you wish to proceed with a course of treatment the fees are as follows:
Individual therapy sessions – £65.00 for a 60 minute session.
These sessions include the therapeutic use of clinical hypnotherapy, NLP, cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy and aversion therapy and / or mindfulness meditation techniques delivered from a treatment plan created following the initial consultation.
Smoking cessation – £99.00 for a 90 minute session.
Due to the nature of the ‘Quit 4 Life’ therapeutic process to achieve a lifelong cessation of the smoking habit this is a one-off session lasting approximately 90 minutes. Elements of the initial consultation are utilised within this session and a separate motivational CD/MP3 recording is included. Any subsequent sessions are charged at £65.00 for 60 minutes.
NLP professional coaching
NLP professional coaching – £65 per session
Life coaching sessions are typically 60 minutes in duration and can be conducted on a weekly or fortnightly basis. These can either be done face-to-face, via telephone, or Skype if more convenient.
A one day introductory mindfulness workshop is available upon request - £300.
This workshop covers the following areas of interest.
- Introduction to mindfulness.
- History of mindfulness.
- Benefits of mindfulness meditation practice.
- Practical exercises in mindfulness meditation.
Free parking is available outside, or near to each clinic.
