About me

I'm a fully qualified Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT) with a background in Psychology and Yoga. Trained in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), which is predominantly based on Hypnotherapy, I offer this incredibly effective method for a range of different things.

RTT is effective with physical or emotional pains, including anxiety, stress and confidence issues - and gets rapid, long lasting results.

It could be that you have past pain that was never really addressed or understood. Perhaps your life has been ruled by your anxiety, leaving you feeling stuck and wanting to be happy. Or maybe your relationship with yourself, your body, food or others has become an area that you want to create positive change.

As well as Hypnotherapy, RTT uses elements of CBT and Psychology. Regression is used to go back to the past, looking at scenes or events that occurred in your childhood to. It is never about reliving these events, more about reviewing them to unravel the cause of wha's holding you back. We also use techniques like inner child work, tapping into the mind-body connection and powerful visualisation.

My focus is to help you overcome, eradicate, eliminate and release the limiting thoughts and beliefs that are holding you back.

Your thoughts lead to your beliefs, lead to your feelings, lead to your behaviours.
So, at the crux of my work is looking at your thoughts.

I offer an effective private therapy program called Thrive, which is predominantly based on Hypnotherapy, incorporating elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Coaching and powerful meditations, making it a holistic journey to your long lasting transformation.

Training, qualifications & experience

Studied Psychology at the University of Exeter in 2014. 

Then went on to study Yoga and Meditation and shortly after trained as a Rapid Transformational Therapist from The Marisa Peer School.

After a few years of working like this and many hours of CPD I certified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist.

I have treated hundreds of clients using this method, proven to be very successful for a number of different things.

I’ve been running my wellness business now since 2016, starting out as a Yoga Teacher after training in Costa Rica, then transitioning into the world of Therapy after studying Psychology at the University of Exeter.

I have always been fascinated by the human mind, so decided to integrate the mind and body with my passion to guide you through a transformational, healing journey, so you can come home to yourself.

Rapid Transformational Therapy. 

Rapid Transformational Therapy / RTT, developed by Marisa Peer draws upon the positive impacts of Hypnotherapy & Hypnosis, to have a transformative effect on clients.

RTT combines Hypnotherapy (predominantly), NLP, Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapies.

Designed to deliver rapid, long lasting results to people suffering with physical or emotional pains. 

What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic modality and mind-body intervention, using Hypnosis to deeply relax, quieten the mind and therefore allow more focus, concentration and responding readily to suggestions. 

What does Hypnotherapy help with?

It is incredibly beneficial for getting to the root cause of an issue, rather than treating the symptoms.

Using a tool called regression to go back to childhood or scenes early on in your life that impacted the way you think and feel today. 

Hypnotherapy and changing habits. 

It can help implement change into your life around the certain habits that are holding you back. 

Every habit of action is run by a habit of thought. 

Our habits are what define us, the little things we do each day, the hundreds of the decisions we make moment to moment, really and truly make us who we are. 
For example, when anxiety arises turning to deep breathing and positive affirmation rather than the chocolate or wine cupboard!  

In order to change certain habits that are holding us back, we must address what the underlying thought is:

Perhaps I am not enough, I don’t deserve that job, I’m not worthy of love. The list goes on….
Hypnotherapy gets to the root cause of an issue by unravelling what the underlying thoughts and beliefs are, that ultimately determine the way we behave. 

Once we know what these thoughts are we can do the work to transform them into more positive, powerful and beneficial ones.

Hypnotherapy is an incredibly powerful method that will quickly get to the cause of your issue. It helps you to quieten your conscious mind (thinking mind) and awaken your subconscious mind (what lies beneath).

Does Hypnotherapy work online?

Absolutely, you are in the comfort of your own home, able to fully let go and relax. I have found, since working during COVID, hypnotherapy has worked better online. If you are local, we can discuss doing sessions in real time if that is your preference.

Grace has changed my life! I had always been a positive and fairly laid back person but after going through the most challenging 18 months of my life where I lost my sister and a close friend to suicide, alongside a 14 year relationship ending, breaking my leg quite severely and a career change, my life and outlook changed.

I undertook all the self help recommendations and had great support from family and friends, however in reaching my lowest point at the beginning of Lockdown 1 I sort help from the GP and started on anti-depressants. They referred me to counselling services which I tried but it didn’t feel right for me at the time. Anti-depressants helped and I finally felt at a place where I wanted to help myself more and address the past.
I had never heard of RTT before but reading Grace’s approach I felt this could be the right therapy for me.

I was sceptical about it but went in with an open mind. Grace was brilliant from day one and although done virtually Grace made it very a personable experience.
After the RTT session I was immediately beaming with happiness. I couldn’t quite believe how I was feeling, it felt like a humungous weight had been lifted off my chest and I could remember who I was before everything happened. Grace got to the root cause my problems without me knowing they were the root cause.

This happiness didn’t fade either. I listened to the hypnotherapy recording Grace had made me every day and within 2 weeks I had halved my anti-depressant dose and within 4 weeks I had stopped them completely!

I am a noticeably happier person and feel that I have control back over my emotions. I knew it was called Rapid Transformational Therapy but I didn’t think it would have made a difference to my life this quickly. I would highly recommend!
