Hello I'm Grace.

Therapist and Yoga teacher, passionate about helping YOU release your limiting thoughts and beliefs so that you can come home to yourself - stop surviving and start thriving.

I offer an incredibly effective therapy program, called THRIVE designed to get you from A (where you are at now) to B (thriving).

This programme is 7 weeks long. Predominantly based on Hypnotherapy, but also incorporates elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Coaching, Meditation, making it an incredibly holistic and well rounded journey to transformation. 

I have treated hundreds of clients with many different issues on this programme, all of which have experienced a deep and complete healing. It is my intention to develop a close connection with my clients and create a sacred, safe space for you to feel comfortable opening up and delving deep. After all, that is where we get the results you are looking for. 

The power of your words and thoughts

At the crux of THRIVE is understanding the importance of your thoughts and beliefs,  and the words you use on a daily basis to speak to yourself. 
Your thoughts lead to our beliefs, which lead to your feelings, which lead to your behaviours. 
So, if you have something in your life you want to stop, change or overcome, it is imperative must look at what thought is underlying it. 

Because, every single habit of action is run by a habit of thought.
Without changing the thought, we cannot change the action.

And it is through this understanding that you will experiencelasting, more permanent results.

CBT / Coaching / Meditation

The first 3 weeks of this programme will consist of weekly 60/75 minutes of very interactive, conversational style sessions. We'll get to know each other, discuss in depth what the problem is you would like to work on, and the underlying thoughts are that are causing it.
I'll guide you through some very powerful guided meditations, inviting you to go inward, connect with your inner child, meet the highest version of yourself. All in an attempt to help you realise that you already have everything you need within you. Your essence, your power and your magnificence is already deep within you. We just have to peel away some of the layers to get to it. Those layers been stress, anxiety, lack of self belief, lack of self love etc.
After each session I will give you some homeworks and self reflection exercises to do, which are valuable tools and techniques that will positively impact your day to day and get into a daily routine. 


After spending some time looking at what the problem is and what is holding you back, you will have gained a huge amount of clarity, awareness and understanding. 
So, you will be ready for Hypnotherapy - a 2.5 hour session, an opportunity to delve even deeper and unravel the root cause of your problem. 
Using regression as a tool to go back to past scenes or events that happened in your childhood, that have led you to think, believe and feel the way that you do today. 
This understanding gives you power and gives you freedom. 

Hypnotherapy works by awakening your subconscious mind, it is nothing more than a state of deep relaxation. You will not feel other worldly or out of control, just deeply relaxed. 

At the end, you are provided with a 15-20 minute recording, designed specifically for you. Containing very positive and powerful words and sentences about you! It is essentially what you should start to be telling yourself every day!  
You will listen to this recording every day for 21 days, which will help to recode, rewire and transform your thoughts and therefore your mindset. 

It takes 21 days to overcome a bad habit,and reframe old, negative beliefs to brand new more positive and beneficial ones. 

We will check in weekly throughout this time weekly to discuss your progress answer any questions you may have.

The 3 stages to THRIVE are:

  1. Awareness
  2. Understanding
  3. Transformation

You'll get:

  • 3 x CBT / coaching style sessions
  • 1 x 2.5 hour RTT session: where you will receive your 15-20 minute long personalized recording to listen to daily for 21 days.
  • 3 x 30 minute check-in’s throughout these 21 days
  • An updated recording upon completing this programme.
  • Recordings of the very powerful meditations we do together
  • An opportunity to extend the relationship going forwards, meeting to maintain your progress.

You will leave this programme with:

  • Clarity, awareness and understanding of yourself
  • A tool box of ways in which you can become the master of your mind
  • Immensely freer, lighter and full of self-love
  • A deep belief that you are whole, complete and enough, just as you are
  • A new found zest and excitement for LIFE

Can I book in for just a single hypnotherapy session?

Yes! I have various different offerings, see my website for information.

Does Hypnotherapy work online?

Absolutely, you are in the comfort of your own home, able to fully let go and relax. I have found, since working during COVID, hypnotherapy has actually worked BETTER online than face-to-face. If you are local to me though, we can discuss doing sessions in real time if that is your preference.

I had always been a positive and fairly laid back person but after going through the most challenging 18 months of my life where I lost my sister and a close friend to suicide, alongside a 14 year relationship ending, breaking my leg quite severely and a career change, my life and outlook changed.

I undertook all the self help recommendations and had great support from family and friends, however in reaching my lowest point at the beginning of Lockdown 1 I sort help from the GP and started on anti-depressants. They referred me to counselling services which I tried but it didn’t feel right for me at the time. I had never heard of RTT before but reading Grace’s approach I felt this could be the right therapy for me.

This happiness didn’t fade either. I listened to the hypnotherapy recording Grace had made me every day and within 2 weeks I had halved my anti-depressant dose and within 4 weeks I had stopped them completely!

I am a noticeably happier person and feel that I have control back over my emotions. I knew it was called Rapid Transformational Therapy but I didn’t think it would have made a difference to my life this quickly. I would highly recommend!”
