Thank you for taking the time to read my profile.
I know how overwhelming it can be trying to find the right therapist, so I try to keep things simple and easy to understand.
I want the best results for you, so I offer a free consultation (talk) to discuss your goals and the suitability of the options available to you. If we find I am not the right fit for you, I am more than happy to recommend other therapists in my network that may better suit your needs. So with any luck you will be paired with someone suitable for you.
I work online, this makes it easily accessible and convenient for everyone whilst still delivering results, and of course helps to keep the costs down.
I have availability on Mondays 15:00-20:00 and Fridays 08:00-19:00. I may be able to accommodate other days and times, feel free to send me a message to discuss.

I have qualified as a level 3 hypnotherapist with Chrysalis Courses. I have a background in sports coaching, I like to believe this gives me good communication skills and the ability to create successful plans to meet the goals you would like to achieve, working as a team and always working at your pace.

*£360 package for fear of heights. As a qualified rock climbing instructor, I can utilise both of my qualifications to help conquer your fear. This includes four hypnotherapy sessions spread over four weeks. And four 30 minute exposure therapy sessions at a small climbing wall where you have exclusive use of the space, based at NTGA in Northampton.
*Dental phobia, I live with a Dental Hygienist who regularly works with nervous patients, so I am able to apply that experience and knowledge to the sessions too.
**Weight loss, if you want to incorporate exercise into your plan, I am able to offer 1:1 trampoline/rock climbing sessions between sessions.

The National Hypnotherapy Society is a Learned Society whose primary purpose is the advancement of the knowledge of hypnotherapy and the fostering of professional hypnotherapy expertise through training, accreditation and continued professional development of their members. The Society seeks to contribute to public wellbeing both through the use of hypnotherapy and by ensuring that hypnotherapists are safe, competent and ethical in practice.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
