Hypnotherapy is natural state of deep physical relaxation a very safe therapy.
With Hypnotherapy there is no pain or drugs involved, it's a little like daydreaming, a feeling of being totally relaxed and at peace within yourself. Hypnotherapy will not make you act in a way you are not comfortable with and you will always be in Control and aware of your surroundings at all times.
Other areas I address are:
Weight Loss, Weight Gain, Phobias - Exams, Spiders,Flying, Heights, Driving, Dental.
Quit Smoking - Quit Vapouring
Addictions - Alcohol, Drugs, Gambling, Nail Biting etc.
Sexual Issues - Gender, Libido, Sexual Dysfunction etc
Anxiety and Self-Esteem,
Depression - Stress
Trauma and Bereavement
I like to encourage people to take back control of their lives, giving them the tools they need to change their patterns of behaviours. To be able to be more positive and empowering them to succeed to Live the Life they choose. With hypnosis we can identify these negative patterns and together we can overcome any hidden problems.
I also practice Hypo-Psychotherapy, which is a blend of integrative approaches. Hypo-Psychotherapy helps to change a person's attitude, emotions and behaviours. This enables you to deal with any deep seated issues.
I offer a free consultation without obligation. This allows us to get a full understanding and what support you are looking for. I also explain how Hypnotherapy works and the incredible benefits you can have from this therapy.
Appointments are up to 60 mins to enable you to talk, in a relax and comfortable envionment.
My Main practice is in Wainscott near Rochester, which is very close to Strood station and on a local bus route. The practice rooms are very quiet and private. There is free parking within a quiet gated area. It is easily accessible from the A2. 228, and Gravesend.
Our other therapy rooms are based at Greenhithe Therapy Centre, near Dartford. This practice is situated opposite the Judo Club in Cotton Lane, Stone. This offers free parking within the Judo Club car park. This is easily accessible from the M25, A2, Dartford and Gravesend. The nearest train station would be Dartford or Greenhithe.
