I am a qualified and practising hypnotherapist and IEMT Practitioner registered with the National Hypnotherapy Society.

Before beginning my training as a hypnotherapist, and counsellor, I supported many individuals through crisis whilst working in policing. I firmly believe that hypnotherapy and Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) alongside other talking therapies, are powerful tools for promoting emotional healing by addressing and releasing underlying emotions, ultimately enhancing overall well-being.
