Hypnotherapy services available both person to person ideally or remotely if unable to travel are: 
Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, and The Blast Technique (BLAST) being available via Zoom, plus the pre-interview for the QHHT session, (Note:the Practical part of QHHT has to be in my therapy room).

 Quantum Healing Hypnotherapy Technique (QHHT), is only available person to person, the case history etc, can be taken via Zoom, a few days before the practical session.

Ericksonian Hypnotherapy helps to assist clients in many ways, bringing both positivity and changes. 

Healing through Hypnosis is possible in these sessions, thus helping to boost the Immune System. This is an area I’ve had lots of experience with during trance, giving amazing results. 

The Blast Technique, meaning Bi Lateral Amygdala Stimulation Techniques is a blend of eye open Hypnosis with eye tracking movements, it aims to help process and remove unconscious Trauma, known as PTSD, (post traumatic stress disorder) these difficult times may create these conditions, or trigger existing traumas.

N/B Your consultation will indicate what’s best suited for you in Therapy, the modalities may sometimes change accordingly as your sessions continue.

All sessions last about an hour approximately, the full consultation about 1.15 mins approx, this forms the basis for effective therapeutic Hypnotherapy.

I consider Hypnotherapy very profound at this present time, as many conditions can be worked upon and healed by the client themselves with the aid of Hypnosis, enabling the client to move forward, so as to enjoy their life to the full.

In applying Hypnotherapy anything is possible, from help with insomnia, stress, PSTD, phobias, relationship/ family issues, lack of confidence, depression, weight loss/Smoking etc, in fact the list is endless!

I have a passion working with PTSD and also cover a wide variety of conditions, my training and experience is diverse, and is constantly ongoing and changing. Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique Know as QHHT

My training took place with Dolores Cannon, up to advanced level. 

This covers all conditions, can look at illnesses and issues. Powerful Healing can take place during a session where needed. Much can be achieved during just one session (4 hours approx), complete with a recording of the session for reference. QHHT is invaluable in gaining answers from the Subconscious Mind and beyond. Many people benefit from hearing the answers to their problems from themselves as you answer your own questions during the trance state. During QHHT you are regressed, this can indicate life patterns, thus helping to understand your issues in this current life.

Introducing The BLAST Technique by Nick Davies.

Blast Technique has successfully treated many psychological problems and illnesses - from depression, phobias, fears, guilt, grief, cravings for substance abuse, Nicotine and food, recurrent nightmares to post-traumatic stress disorders (PTSD).

It allows for a rapid processing of deeply rooted memories, giving clients back control of their lives and their emotions.

BLAST is an accelerated method derived from EMDR and delivers a rapid and extremely accurate approach to this treatment.

With all my experience and knowledge over the years whilst working with clients on many conditions I have found that profound healing is truly possible with Hypnosis giving lasting and changing results and this can happen all by itself through the power of Hypnotherapy and Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique.

I offer my Hypnotherapy services in Mickleton, Chipping Camden, Gloucestershire, on the edge of the North Cotswolds overlooking Meon Hill with fields all around my Annexe, serving all the surrounding villages and towns including Ilmington, Stratford-upon-Avon, Morton in the Marsh and Broadway etc, many travel from the Midlands etc for QHHT in particular. 

* I tend to specialise in Trauma, Anxiety, stress. Healing Past Life regression (QHHT) and Healing Hypnotherapy however...my skills are varied and wide.

Ericksonian Hypnotherapy

£90.00 is the fee for your initial consultation this includes usually some Hypnotherapy preparation in readiness for your first session, please allow up to 1.15 hrs on your first appointment.

Further sessions are £90.00  please allow about 1 hour approximately. 

Final session fee is £90.00 please allow 1hr approx, this session is invaluable for self maintenance to complete your therapy. 

N/B Payment is requested prior to every session booked in advance, to secure the session.

Blast Technique [Form of EMDR] 

The Blast Technique a form of EDMR session Fee is £90:00

Please allow upto 1.15 hrs for the initial first session, fee is £90.00

All Further sessions please allow approx 1 hour... Fee being £90:00

Final session fee is £90.00, lasting 1 Hour approx, this is a wonderful Ericksonian Hypnotherapy session for general maintenance.

Payments are required upfront for your follow on appointment at the time of booking, it can be difficult to say how many sessions are required for your condition, however these modalities are highly efficient, you’ll only require what’s needed, depending on your circumstances.

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (TM) [QHHT]

Total cost is £300 this is a one-off session lasting about 4-hour approx, it includes a recorded CD of your Hypnotherapy session.

A deposit of £150.00 is required to secure your session when booked.
The balance is then due prior to the session.

Cellular Healing Ericksonian Hypnotherapy

Please allow up to 1.5 hrs approx for these sessions, costing £130:00 

Again like QHHT, this is a one-off session, that can help many people who require a deep healing session giving unbelievable results in boosting the immune system.

During the final Hypnotherapy session when all the work is about to be completed, I usually add some healing Hypnotherapy that helps assist on a deep cellular level. Finding this a wonderful way to finalize the work achieved by both my client and myself.

Life Coaching...

£90. 00 1st session, please allow upto 1.15 mins. Follow-ups are £90:00 per session, lasting an hour.

Payments & Cancellation

Payments may be made either by BACS or cash if preferred when seeing me in person.

Hypnosis and many other new Methods have become the therapy of the future, particularly when much is encompassed whilst working with the subconscious mind, as you yourself have the power to heal yourself... you just need to allow yourself to have faith, and be willing to make the changes....then anything is possible in the field of Hypnotherapy...as the subconscious knows everything about yourself and only wants the best for you, therefore rewriting and healing the past if needed to make the changes so you can safely go forward with a positive mind and attitude.

This allows yourself to free up anything thats been holding you back and enables you to go forward in a positive and meaningful way, giving you a rewarding future.

After Fully completing my various Hypnotherapy fields of training, I believe that to obtain the optimal results it’s best for my clients to firstly receive one Ericksonian Hypnotherapy session, then either EDMR (Blast technique) or Quantum Healing Hypnosis... and this is assessed during the initial session. [This of course, depends upon the condition and on my advise given].

N/B Now I'm also working with BWRT, this speeds things up, so on the initial session you may go straight into BWRT, again this is advised on the initial session.

Some of the reasons for preparation...Essential changes will already have taken place for you, allowing the Blast Technique or the QHHT to flow more easily, this is where the main healing work can be achieved and gives both the answers and the fuel that's needed to move you forward and create the changes required. Hypnosis gives amazing, positive, healing results and these are achieved on many levels!. My main purpose is to give only the best results!, and through experience and training with world leading pioneers in these fields, I am getting brilliant ongoing results.
