About me

I have found I have always had a passion in the psyche of the mind and a curiosity with how peoples' overall mindsets influence their behaviour into positive and negative actions and reactions. After a very positive experience with hypnotherapy as a patient, I decided to understand more about the techniques involved with a view to potentially practicing and helping others as I had been helped.

After qualifying in 2012 with distinction, I successfully established a practice in London helping people with a range of issues such as addiction (smoking), weight control and fears and phobias. I use well established techniques and believe that hypnotherapy has a major part to play in benefitting people's lives should they wish the change to be made. After practicing for 4 years, I have now developed a solutions based therapy programme aimed at reaching a wider audience for the more common treatments hypnotherapy can assist with. Within these programmes, mp3 recordings are offered to clients and are tailored to target specific aspects of the potential issue and the associated negative factors these create in people's lives. These programmes can take the form of a single or multiple recordings designed to maximise client convenience and to be listened to over a period of time so the pace of change is also in the client's control.

Using this integrative approach through traditional and solutions focused hypnotherapy techniques, I have now developed a website to embody the above and share the benefits of hypnotherapy with a wider audience through HypnoBites© (www.hypnobites.com).

I believe this innovative approach will help empower clients to move forward with the changes that they wish to make and to help them achieve their goals.
