About me
Rapid Relief from Traumatic Memories, Fears and Phobias
As a trauma-informed Therapeutic Coach, I use two of the most powerful and effective techniques that are proven to release you from intrusive distressing memories, images and thoughts associated with trauma, fears and phobias.
The Rewind Trauma Technique as developed by Dr David Muss, and Brain-working Recursive Therapy or BWRT developed by Terence Watts, both techniques can release you from distress rapidly and and for most people, permanently.
BWRT and The Rewind Trauma Technique are new models of psychotherapy using the the latest findings in neuroscience. They use the brains natural states to create lasting change. Both methods have been tried, tested and proven to alleviate a wide range of issues such as:

About me:
I have an MA in Clinical Counselling from the University of Chester, and I have worked as a counsellor for a number of years in an NHS Talking Therapy Service. I am a qualified and experienced Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist, a Fusion Integrative Therapeutic Coach, a Rewind Trauma Therapy Practitioner and a Brainworking Recursive Therapy, BWRT Practitioner.
My background is in the Performing Arts, I lectured in Contemporary Dance for a number of years before training as a High School Teacher. I am an approved Healthcare Provider for the British Association of Performing Arts Medicine (BAPAM) and One Dance UK.
My work:
I have helped people that have experienced, domestic violence, child sexual abuse, physical assault, coercive controlling relationships and birth trauma. I have also helped people that survived a fatal incident, witness a fatal car crash, and witnessed someone take their own life. Trauma can negatively impact every aspect of your life if not treated and processed.
How I work:
My therapy is personal to you, I listen with the aim of understanding how your experiences impact your life, without making assumptions or trying to fit you into a formula. I am an interactive person-centred therapist, I will be in there with you, without getting in the way of your thoughts, processes, and insights. You will feel supported and held by me as your confident companion through the more painful aspects of the therapeutic process. I will be your ally, as you connect with feelings you may have been avoiding or experiences you may have felt too difficult to explore or examine on your own.

Member organisations
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
The National Council for Hypnotherapy holds one of the largest registers of independent Hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom and strives to maintain the highest standards among its members.
There is an agreed Code of Conduct, an established Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure and all members are obliged to maintain comprehensive Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, maintain regular CPD (continuing professional development) hours, and attend Supervision when needed.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
