In addition to training the more well know therapies I am trained in, I am proud to be a founder member of the British BrainWorking Research Society ® (BWRT ®) and an Level 1 and Level 2/Advanced Level BWRT® practitioner and Master Coach - of which I am the only one in Cornwall at present.

BrainWorking Recursive Therapy® (BWRT®) is a model of psychology and psychotherapy created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI. It’s a totally confidential method that doesn’t require you to reveal your private information or personal secrets to your therapist, and is carried out in a completely conscious state. It doesn’t use hypnosis or any mystical concepts –it’s completely logical, practical and down-to-earth and only needs you to know what you want to change in your life for it to be completely successful. This could be something that you wish you could do or do better, or perhaps it is something that you would like to stop doing or change your reaction to. Issues that may have been bothering you for many years can often quickly be solved with just a single session, such is the effectiveness of BWRT.  Only Certified Practitioners have been trained to deliver BWRT ® and all have to adhere to a strict ethical code. I have found that BrainWorking Recursive Therapy® produces very fast results, compared to other forms of therapy. For further information on this modern, dynamic therapy, please refer to and for a list of registered practitioners, please refer to to

I regularly update my qualifications and skills by attending additional training courses and undertake continual professional development as required by the Professional Bodies that I am a member of - APHP, BBRS and AAMET.
