About me

Hi,

My name's Farah. I'm and Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist who uses Hypnotherapy with a number of Psychotherapy models to help her clients make deep solution focussed changes. I specialise is helping people with stress, anxiety, panic attacks, trauma and confidence. I specialise in these because that was me. I know how it feels first hand. I wasn’t thriving….I was surviving.  Something had to change so I had Hypno-Psychotherapy myself along with other therapies. I released the stuff that didn't serve me. The stuff that haunted me and held me back from being the person that I truly wanted to be..... not the one that was running on autopilot.

Then I retrained in all the techniques that helped me change my life, and now I get to help people like you change their lives too. I have a high success rate with my clients who are ready, willing and able to do the inner-work.

So, if you're surviving and not thriving then please reach out.

Further information

I work online via zoom and in person if the client is local to Cheshire.

The way I work is that we have a consultation which is free. I like to learn more about what you're seeking help for. Then from there we book you in for a programme of sessions.

In session 1 we'll go through your consult form. You'll learn about how your mind works, so that you can have better perspective of how and why Solution focused Hypnotherapy works as a whole. You'll have Hypnotherapy and will be given an audio with my voice to listen to everyday day for the first 7 days to:

1) To help you relax.

2) To underpin the work we did in that session.

3) To anchor my voice to your subconscious mind so it's ready for the dynamic work in subsequent sessions.

If we're working on stress, anxiety or depression then you'll also learn some Emotional Wellbeing and Resilience techniques that you can implement straight away, and which will help improve your mindset.
