About me

I am a qualified Hypnotherapist, in the East.Lothian area. I help people with all kinds of problems from anxiety and stress to phobias and weight loss to name a few.

I am very passionate about what I do because some time ago, I myself suffered some difficulties in my personal life causing me extreme anxiety. I sought help through a hypnotherapist and after a few sessions I felt like a different person. I felt brighter with a new zest for life and it was all down to the skills, understanding and empathy of my hypnotherapist. From my own experience I then decided that I wanted to help people in this way and went on to study hypnotherapy. I absolutely love what I do and enjoy helping people to overcome difficulties in their own life.

You will find that I am very easy to talk to and if you want to meet me first for a chat I offer a free half hour consultation for you to explain what you  would like my help with and I can explain what the session involves and clarify any doubts that you might have.

        Dreamscaping is an exciting inner journey It can be carried out face to face or via Skype with equal success. This is a perfect procedure for those who are unsure about hypnosis as a trance state is not required for success.

        The unconscious has a clear vision of your time line past and present and Dreamscaping utilises your internal unconscious mind to remove a variety of situations, such as Anxiety. Stress. Career, relationship and blockages that are preventing you achieving the best out of your life. At all times you are aware of what’s going on and we can freely converse during the whole procedure


        S.T.E.P.S is a unique method of pain relief, involving removing the old message of pain. It has so far been effective in helping people with: Arthritis, Back Pain, Fibromyalgia, and all types of Old injuries. It can also be used to turn off or down Emotional Pain.

        You can expect a complete removal of pain, or less commonly, a reduction to an acceptable level. In rare cases the need for the pain can be greater than the need to remove it and may need to be addressed differently. We have not had such a case to date.

        Removal of the old pain is advisable, as the old messages can mask new problems you might ignore.

        The session takes between 10 to 30 minutes, and can be carried out in person, or via telephone or Skype.
