About me

Giving all, at all costs to be good enough?
Dealing with constant anxiety, as you wonder when they’ll blow your cover and find out how "bad" you are? Totally overwhelmed and working yourself in to burnout, so you won’t be "found out"?

Not only is this utterly exhausting living your life in this this way, it is completely unnecessary! You don't have to shrink your world to escape anxiety!

It’s time to build your future the way you want and free from seeking your worth in the opinions of others.

If you are sick of feeling overwhelmed,  stressed-out, not good enough and constantly anxious, while hiding your deepest fears from others please get in touch and we can talk about what you are looking for.

I am a qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist and Coach, offering one-to-one therapy, to support you as you leave behind the physical and emotional distress on you and your loved ones, the coping mechanisms such as addictions, binge eating, procrastination and burnout.

I also offer one-to-one coaching and group workshops for your workplace, focusing on resilience and wellbeing to create healthy and high-functioning teams!

If you are ready to replace procrastination, fear and anxiety with courage, self-compassion and confidence, I am here to help.

Testimonials

Like most people stepping up in their career, I was experiencing symptoms of the 'Imposter Syndrome'; which was holding me back. ...Within a week of my first session, I noticed positive changes in my behaviour which helped me progress towards my goals and gain confidence ... and it has left me with an invaluable toolkit that I will continue to use going forward in all aspects of my life. Would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to improve any aspect of their personal or professional life.

"...I grew in confidence throughout our time together and things in my life started to align. Good things started to happen for me as I became clearer with what it was I actually wanting to achieve. Emma helped me to work out what it was I wanted for my life and then helped me to get there. I would really recommend Emma’s services, she is so easy to talk to, kind and also really knows her stuff"
