I made the decision to go into Hypnotherapy a few years ago when it became very clear to me, that as a society we were struggling to cope with the stresses of everyday life. Sometimes we need a little help to overcome the obstacles that life throws us.
Hypnotherapy for some can conjure up an image of a stage performance and immediately fear kicks in and the thought of not being in control puts you off the idea altogether. But this really doesn't give the right impression of how amazing the results can be when using Hypnotherapy.
It is far from this image we see on TV or stage and is one of the most powerful alternative therapies out there, one that should you feel ready to try, can change your life forever.

Training, qualifications & experience
I have a Diploma in Hypnotherapy. (Dip Hyp CS)
A Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. (Dip PC)
And an Advanced Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (Ad Prof Dip PC)
BTEC Diploma in childcare and 18 years of experience of working with children in education.
I have an Enhanced DBS Certificate.
And have completed the Norfolk Safeguarding Child Protection Training.
I am a member of both the BACP and the Counselling Society.
I am also updating my skills regularly and have recently completed further training in Mindfulness CBT, Trauma and Anger management and grief.
I have experience in dealing with people who have issues with stress, anxiety, fears, phobias and other social anxieties, and when working on these areas of therapy I also work on building self confidence and self esteem.

When working with clients it is very important to me, that each client understands that I will only work with you if I feel that hypnotherapy is the right therapy for you. For me as a therapist all I want is for you to be able to achieve your goal whatever that is. This is why I will create a therapy plan to suit your needs so that together we can move forward and you can start to enjoy the quality of life you deserve.
After you initially contact me, and after I have gained some information about you and the issues you are having within your life, we will then book a free initial consultation where we will discuss things further and decided on the therapy that is going to be best for you. This also gives us the opportunity to get to know each other and will give you an idea on how long your therapy may take and what you can expect from your therapy sessions.
Once all the information has been obtained you will have the opportunity to think about the therapy and whether you wish to move forward, it has to be right for you, there will be no pressure to book appointments, and it is important that you know I will be here when you are ready to make that journey.
