My name is Ed Christmas and I run my own therapy service called ByOsmosis Therapies.
I consider myself an integrative hypnotherapist, combining many of the skills and approaches I have learnt and continue to deepen in order to help my clients to the best of my ability. I gained some of these from integrative counselling training, some from Hypno-CBT training, some from working in care, others from travel and experience of many different people and cultures.
The name of the service, ByOsmosis Therapies, derives from my belief that change comes from interaction - that through exchange we change our nature.
By engaging in the process of change together, we will collaboratively find ways to help address the issues that you feel are limiting you, bringing you down, or reducing your sense of wellbeing and fulfilment.
Hypnotherapy can help by intentionally using our imagination, intuition and unconscious to find and rehearse better ways of being - helping us in the process to change, rewire and anchor new beliefs and experiences into our daily lives.
Change comes from Choice. Choice comes from Change.
