I have an integrative approach to therapy, having trained in both hypnotherapy and psychotherapeutic counselling . My private practice in the centre of Newcastle-under-Lyme, close to Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.
Depending on the issues you want to address, hypnotherapy can often be a relatively short process. Some issues can be helped with as few as 2 - 6 weekly sessions. Other issues may require a longer-term approach, and progress would be reviewed on a regular basis, to suit your needs and circumstances.
Appointments are normally made for the same day and time, on a weekly basis.

Longer sessions, when required, are charged on a pro-rata basis.
Sessions are normally made for the same day and time, on a weekly basis.
It depends on the individual needs of each client as to how many sessions may be helpful. This would be discussed at the initial consultation.
I work with adult clients only.

From Bus Station: Exit from Newcastle Bus Station into Hassell Street, and then continue along Castle Walk. At the end, turn right into Ironmarket, and I am in the next building past the library.
The therapy room is accessed by stairs.
