About me
Hello and welcome to my profile.
My name is Diksha, and for more than 20 years I have been using a unique person centred approach to help people manage their anxiety, stress and chronic pain.
My expertise includes Clinical Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness, Skeletal Realignment and Massage. I can help with conditions such as headaches, back pain, insomnia, anxiety, IBS, as these can all be dealt with using my combination of skills.
As interconnected beings, addressing both the physical and the emotional content of any ‘pain’ helps to resolve it in a more holistic way. Emotional pain and physical pain are inextricably linked, treating them together is essential.
So, why should you consult me?
With over 20 years clinical experience, you are always at the centre of the treatment - we work as a partnership, with you leading and me guiding. I also work with a team of experts so that all of your needs are catered for.

Areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
Information about health conditions (*)
Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.
Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
Physical pain is often associated with stress for example, headaches, neck and shoulder pain, back pain and jaw pain. Jaw pain is caused by the clenching and grinding of teeth, which is a common presentation of stress.
Releasing the face, jaw (TMJ), neck, chest and shoulders using physical release and realignment literally drains the body of tension. I then consolidate this release by giving you strategies to help reduce stress, for example time management tips, stretches etc and if required, I use hypnotherapy to get to deeper issue.

Testimonials
''After feeling stressed and tense about events in life e.g finance, family and a house move, I found Diksha’s integrated treatment to be a God send! The physical release helped to remove tension in the body whilst the hypnotherapy helped to reduce my stress, after which I could focus my mind back to day to day tasks: I could cope again…'' CG – Team Leader, Customer Services
''I came to Diksha suffering with severe daily headaches and migraines which were controlling my life, I was miserable. Diksha very patiently tried to get to the route of the problem, which we found to be Anxiety in its various guises, and working together I have now got to a place where incredibly, only very occasionally do I get headaches. My life is so much happier and I am so glad I was recommended to Diksha.'' Katrina Boyes , Graphic Designer.
'Diksha has an impressive array of skills.... I can heartily recommend Diksha at FixMe.'' Pam Warren – survivor of 1999 Paddington train crash and author of From Behind the Mask.
