Diane Wade, RegMBACP, DipHyp, GQHP, CNHC
Diane Wade – fully-qualified and experienced clinical hypnotherapist and counsellor/psychotherapist, here to help you to overcome those problems and issues that get in the way of living a happy life.
I work with adults and children (I have an Enhanced DBS certificate, which allows me to work with children). If you have problems in your life, such as anxiety, panic attacks, depression, stress, low confidence and low self-esteem, self-harm, exam stress, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, chronic pain, sleep problems, eating disorders, addictions (including gambling), anger management or you have fears and phobias of any kind, please call me or contact me by e-mail.
In addition, I can help you to STOP smoking and to reduce weight (I am a HypnoSlimmer consultant).
Clinical hypnotherapists see an increasing number of clients facing the above issues and it is not difficult to find the reasons why this is, when you consider the frenetic pace of our modern lives and all that we have to manage and juggle in our lives.
It is no wonder that people are suffering and need help from professional therapists.
However, more often than not, many people turn to alcohol, drugs, sex, retail therapy spending on their credit card, gambling, food, self-harm, or something worse, leading to even more damage, both to the mind and the body.
Hypnotherapy is increasingly recognised by the medical profession as a successful form of therapy which helps all kinds of people in all kinds of ways. Please let me help you to live a happier life.
I have been qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist (registered with the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council, which is recognised by the NHS) for almost 4 years and qualified as a counsellor/psychotherapist (I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) for over 11 years.
I work in an integrative way, which means that I will tailor your therapy to your specific, individual needs.
An added bonus of clinical hypnotherapy is that clients can experience a two-part approach where not only is the negative aspect of their life removed, but, after their therapy sessions, the client does not just leave having overcome their original problems/issues, but, also, the client can leave having gained something new and positive in their lives.
Using hypnotherapy, a negative issue is removed whilst also improving the client’s mental wellness and well-being.
I am here to help you, as a professional therapist who is passionate about enabling people to achieve wellness and happiness in their lives.
Please get in touch now. You can do this! You can be well again and achieve your goals in life!
