The way I approach helping you to get your results using hypnotherapy in between 1-3 sessions, depending on your issue and your responses, is I learn what you ARE doing and what you want to be doing instead that is unique to You. I’m highly experienced and highly trained. As you'd imagine, ive seen many clients experience lots of different issues and resolve them. From Obsessive thoughts OCD, addiction and craving issues, bereavement and traumas to panic attacks and worry, work stress. Lots. I’ve being on this directory now for many years and a therapist since 2009. Increasing my skill and trainings even more over that time. I learn more with each client and I do this full time (unlike a lot if therapists). I use and am highly trained in Hypnosis and varying forms and applications of it. I am also a Master Practitioner of something called Neuro Linguistic Programming. The reason why this is good for you to know if you want an effective service, is that is allows me to talk to your unconscious mind, your Auto-Pilot using the unconscious language it's already using to run You. Like anything you learn i.e. driving a car, you practiced it then became good and then automatic at it. You learnt how until it becomes unconscious. Sometimes we 'coded it' rapidly and store it until triggered (in the limbic system) ready to churn out a response you perhaps don't want consciously that is, when suddenly triggered from Your amazing 'unconscious mind'. It loves you and loves to learn. It's that this learning is now disproportionate to your life and surroundings.You are essentially on Auto-Pilot, for most of the day (we're conscious only 3% therabouts of the day!

'NLP' enables me to get really missile targeting on Your issue in the way You specifically do it and then the application of hypnosis within NLP is amplified. There really cannot be one size fits all. You are unique, you're just labelling your problem but it will be made up of a very specific way of doing that problem. This combination of NLP with Hypnosis is very powerful and can prove very effective in sessions. It's what can make my sessions a lot quicker and more effective than "Joe Blogs" using older fashioned hypnosis techniques up the road who reads at you from an old script. You are more unique that that script and your hypnosis should be tailored for you and fluidly applied on the spot by a skilled practitioner with a lot of experience to do that (there are no sort cuts, 1000's of hours of client face-to-face experience helps me do this for you).
