Deborah Anderson - Cert Hyp C S.
About me
I provide a safe, private, relaxed space where I will work with you to reach your goals and make positive change in your life.
Following 30+ years of professional work with vulnerable members of the community, I retrained as a Hypnotherapist. I am empathic, non judgemental and experienced in helping those in crisis or struggling with the many challenges life brings.
I will listen to you with compassion and sensitivity, there is nothing I have not heard before and no questions is ever considered "silly".
Hypnosis is a completely safe natural state during which you can learn to unlock the power of your unconscious and change your way of thinking and behaving for the better.
So, if you want to break those bad habits, manage your stress, lose the unwanted pounds, get a good night's sleep, become the best version of yourself...
