Hi, I’m Debbie,
I help menopausal and peri-menopausal women to cope better with symptoms and life changes to find a personal balance, through individual and group hypnotherapy.
Climbing the ladder
The path to progress is rarely a smooth one. Sometimes it might be a bit bumpy or even appear that there isn’t a way forward. Together, we will focus on small and actionable steps to give you the best chance of success.
Change can be difficult so this will be done with kindness, support, respect and thoughtfulness.
Each week Debbie helped me to come up with a small step towards feeling better, we climbed the ladder together and fell back down a few times, all with no judgement and a kind hand to help me get back up again.
Changing your thinking
People often get stuck inside their problems, ruminating on these is rarely helpful. What can work though is some positive planning towards new behaviours, a different mindset. This means when bad things happen, we can cope with it. Of course, difficult circumstances will come up again but this time you will tackle and handle things better.
Debbie instantly puts you at ease explaining exactly how you can take control of your feelings. I felt I left her with a full understanding of how I could reprogramme my brain and control my menopausal symptoms following cancer treatment. I cannot praise her enough for helping me into a much calmer and happier place.
What can you do now?
If you email me, I will send you a free hypnosis track to help you relax, it might even help you sleep better!
I offer a free 15-minute call so you can tell me how things are with you.
I will listen to everything and explain how I can help - and then you can decide if we’re a good fit for working together.
If you’d rather message me first, a text or email conversation is fine too!
