Anxiety Specialist dip.Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy

About me

Hi, my name is Dave Pearce, I am a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist based in Kent, United Kingdom.

I help anxiety sufferers successfully overcome their anxiety, overthinking and panic attacks, everyday in my Kent based clinic.

Have you tried anxiety treatment at home that only left you more frustrated, stuck, and feeling helpless?

I know, it's exhausting.

Anxiety can be crippling, frustrating, upsetting and lonesome.

The answer is not in self-help books, googling and relaxation apps. As these only ever treat your anxiety symptoms, not the problem causing them.

A qualified anxiety specialist will treat the only thing you haven't tried - regulating with a trained therapist, pinpointing the causes of your anxiety and discovering exactly what you need to recover.

We can't think our way out of anxiety, rather we feel our way back to safety, regulation and who we used to be.

Allow me to be your mind for you, giving you the space to create the environment you need to heal.

I help people just like you everyday at my clinic here in Kent, by using a combination of cognitive behavioural therapy and clinical hypnosis.

We see amazing results, but most importantly, we treat you as an individual; listening, respecting and formulating a bespoke treatment plan for you to overcome your anxiety quickly, painlessly and permanently.

Let’s get to the core issues, so you can finally move on in your life.

You're most welcome to contact me below by accessing your free anxiety enquiry call and start your journey to becoming anxiety free.

I wish you the very best with your health.

We specialise in helping with;

  • Generalised Anxiety (GAD)
  • Panic Attacks
  • Social Anxiety
  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
  • Health Anxiety
  • Phobia Treatments
