Hypnotherapy is a therapy of choice for self-confidence issues and social anxiety and I have been able to help many clients with this.

Further information

Please take a look at my website and blog where you will be able to see more details about the range of help I offer. In addition, you can download and listen to a free sample session of progressive relaxation.

I also have also studied the use of hypnosis in helping with chronic pain – particularly neuropathic pain. This type of pain needs a special approach and whilst it’s not always possible to relieve the pain altogether, we can reduce the negative effects and help to get your life back on track. This is a special interest of mine as I was left with Post Herpetic Neuralgia after a bout of Shingles, which caused me to research pain control and support using hypnosis.

I addition, it has been shown that hypnotherapy can help improve the quality of life for Dementia and Alzheimer's sufferers. Please do contact me if you would like to know more about this.
