Oshara Hypnotherapy

About me

My name is Danielle McLarnon and I am a fully qualified Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist specialising in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. I work in Northern Ireland from both my Clinic and via Skype, depending on the client's preference.

What I love about Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is the neuroscience behind it all. I provide the client with an in-depth explanation about how the brain works, what we can do to change our way of thinking and improve our minds. This in itself is extremely beneficial to you, the client, as it will help you to understand your own mind better and why you think and feel the way you do. It will help you to make sense of some of the challenges you may be facing.

In Solution Focused Hypnotherapy we concentrate on the solutions, not the problems. There will be no looking back, only moving forward. We will never have to revisit old problems in order to improve.

I love my job, and I love assisting clients with problems such as stress and anxiety, OCD, sports performance, sense of wellbeing, improving energy levels, weight management, fears and phobias, confidence and self-esteem, sleep and relaxation, smoking cessation, etc.

I love working with a wide range of clients. I can provide therapy for anyone aged 7+.

Due to the current pandemic I will be conducting all sessions online, with the client receiving therapy from the comfort and safety of their own home.

The Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) was set up to provide information about a modern form of Hypnotherapy and its associated benefits to members of the public. The main aim of the AfSFH is to spread awareness of the benefits of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. Its secondary aim is to support Hypnotherapists in their businesses by encouraging good practice and self-care.
