About me

My name is Daiga and I am certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (DipCAH, HPD), based in Bristol.

- I am here to help diverse clients with a wide range of challenges and goals, with a particular focus on people transitioning to a new stage in their lives or seeking to overcome their fears and anxieties, self-doubt,  and emerge from therapy ready to tap their limitless potential.

- I offer deep relaxation and calming hypnosis session (hypnosis tailored to your individual needs so that you can become how you’d love to be, gain great movement and achieve positive change in your life and work in the shortest possible time).

- I work with all kinds of issues including, but not limited to: anxiety & stress, phobias, panic attacks, eating and sleep disorders, relationship healing, change of behaviour and unwanted habits, low confidence & self-esteem, limiting beliefs and life satisfaction, reversing self-doubt.

My role is to walk alongside you, to explore your thoughts and feelings and to help you identify any issues you may be facing in a safe space, whether that is supporting you with new perspectives, coping strategies, or just simply to be heard.

Hypnotherapy has been a journey of discovery and a life changing experience for myself. I believe that if you don’t turn your life into story, you just become a part of someone else’s story...What is your story? What is the story you desire to live?

In the best service of my vision and according to my favourite quote “hypnotherapists are like gardeners of the soul. They plant nutritious seeds, remove poisonous weeds, ensure the soil is vibrant & healthy and encourage balanced growth"...

MY PATH

I became increasingly interested in Hypnotherapy after experiencing and overcoming particularly distressing insomnia and unhelpful thinking patterns myself following hypnotherapy sessions. Subsequently I discovered power of my own mind and same time learned many success stories of people resolving various emotional and stressful issues in their lives. This is why I felt that I wanted to pursue my career in another dimension and decided to study formally clinical hypnotherapy to help others. Using hypnosis and the great power of your subconscious mind I can help you to identify solutions unique to you and give you confidence to reach those goals you want to. To see people gain momentum on their chosen path, is the most wonderful and rewarding thing to see.

I was born and grew up in other part of the Europe, and after years of exploring different parts of UK, the beautiful and lively Bristol became my home.

I am passionate about positive change and am proud to have worked in public health and health care related disciplines, including Public Sector Organisations and Government sector since 2008; it has given me a great insight and prospectus for health care and individual needs.

Becoming a hypnotherapist felt like a rather natural progression and the previous knowledge gained - now is giving me that “missing link” between life and higher consciousness I need.
