What do I work with?
My main area of interest is health and wellbeing for women. This includes, but is not limited to:
Anxiety - including social anxiety and panic attacks
Fears and Phobias

Childbirth Preparation (Hypnobirthing)
I also use hypnosis and other approaches to help with pain management, and to support those coping with conditions such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, or other physiological problems exacerbated by stress.
As Gloucestershires first Advanced Brain Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT) practitioner, I can also offer support to both men and women with a wider range of problems including
Addictions including smoking
Compulsions including OCD
Grief and loss
Who do I work with?
My primary client base is women of all ages.
I am of course more than happy to work with men or young people experiencing any of the problems mentioned above, including anxiety, depression, or confidence issues.
I see clients in a private treatment room in Bourton on the Water, easy to get to and with plenty of parking. I am also an affiliated therapist at the Isbourne Holistic Centre, right in the centre of Cheltenham.
I also offer support worldwide via Skype to clients who may be unable to travel or who need more flexibility in the timing of their appointments, including evenings and weekends.
