About me

My clients will typically include:

  • Adults who feel “stuck” in some way and who wish to find purpose in life or a path forward
  • Adults wishing to break a cycle of under performance
  • Adults wishing to overcome impulsivity, unhelpful habits, addictions or addictive behaviour patterns
  • Adults finding it difficult to regulate emotions or finding themselves held back by anxiety, low mood, chronic stress, shame, low self-esteem, anger or rejection sensitivity
  • Adults wishing to be less overwhelmed, or better focused, better at time management, better at prioritising and more productive
  • Adults experiencing difficulty in relationships, at home or at work
  • Adults living with neurological conditions like ADHD

Because we are all different from each other, I begin by establishing an approach that will be effective for you as an individual and for the work we do together. My experience as a Clinical Hypnotist, Talking Therapist, Life Coach and Clinical Mindfulness Teacher provides me with a broad range of evidence-based disciplines and techniques from which to call.

Whether working with you online or face-to-face, I set out to:

  • Create a therapeutic environment that's safe, non-judgemental and shame-free
  • Adapt our way of working to best suit you and the issue(s) you bring
  • Find a middle-path approach that is at the same time solution-focused and holistic
  • Provide value in an ethical, professional way

Therapy is most likely to be effective if there is, at its root, a positive, professional client / therapist relationship. For this reason, my practice has a policy of not charging for a first appointment if, afterwards, you decide to not continue working with me.

This ensures we will be a good fit. It also serves to offer you the comfort of a risk-free first appointment.

Areas of hypnotherapy I deal with

        * If you have been diagnosed or suspect you may have one of the medical conditions starred above, you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies or treatments.

Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with

Much of my Therapy/Coaching work is with adults that have, or think they might have ADHD. For more information and to see my ADHD blog, please visit

Fees are £127 for a single session or £437 for a 6-session package (i.e. < £73 per session). Concessions available for a limited number of slots.

As mentioned above, because evidence strongly suggests the client / therapist relationship is one of the most important factors in determining the effectiveness of a course of therapy, my policy is to not charge for the first appointment should you choose, at the end of it, to not continue working with me.
