I am a clinical hypnotherapist specialising in stress, anxiety and depression management.
Each session is run with the client in mind. Everybody is different therefore the unique needs and traits of clients are always considered before putting a specific plan together. I offer a friendly, empathic and non-jugemental environment to help create positive change for all my clients.
Whilst I specialise in helping with anxiety and stress, I can also help you in many other areas. Whether you have issues such as phobias, smoking cessation, motivation, low self-esteem, weight management, etc, I can help you.
I am also a second-dan black belt and instructor in Aikido. From this experience, I am keen to use hypnosis and visualisation in martial arts and other sports in order to improve focus and performance.

Hypnotherapy & Combinations: £70 per session. Sessions typically last between 60 to 90 minutes.
Stop smoking: £150 for 1 session with an optional free booster session within 4 weeks.
