Christine Tompolski - Clinical Hypnotherapy & EMDR
I am a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and practitioner of EMDR techniques based in Horsham. I am registered with the Complimentary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR).
I am passionate about helping people overcome challenges and making positive changes in their lives, and have particular interest and expertise in the areas of stress, anxiety, panic attacks, fears and phobias, resolution of trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and self-esteem and confidence. My primary focus is to help people “get their life back”.
I work with a combination of techniques which help me to find the best fit for each person and like to teach tools for people to take away and practice on their own as additional support to the sessions.
I work with hypnosis, EMDR, NLP and meridian therapies such as TFT and EFT.
My practice is within 5 mins walk from Littlehaven station and there is free parking available.
I offer a free initial consultation/chat over the phone to address any concerns or questions you may have before booking.
In addition to my private practice in Horsham, I work as a volunteer hypnotherapist for the Olive Tree Cancer Support Centre. I also practiced from the Osteopathic Wellbeing Clinic in Worthing on some Saturdays.
COVID 19 - Online sessions available.

The General Hypnotherapy Register
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
Accredited register membership
Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
