In my own personal life, I have, at times, had to overcome anxiety, fears and lack of self-esteem so I am well placed to understand if these issues are affecting you. I am also an ex-smoker so I do understand how difficult it is for you to stop the smoking habit.
Personally, I have flown in, and taken control of an American T-6 Texan, otherwise known as a Harvard. This plane is used around the world to train fighter pilots. I have also driven an Aston Martin DBS around the Top Gear Track and a DB6 and a Porsche 911 around the fastest track in the UK, Thruxton airfield. I refuse to let my fears and anxieties from stopping me from having a full and exciting life.

Chrissy offers a free 30 minute consultation over the phone, by Zoom, telephone or face to face.
The initial appointment will cost £60.00 and will be approximately 60-90 minutes.
Follow up treatments are usually face to face and cost £55.00 per session, typically taking around an hour. Discounts can be given for sessions booked and paid for in advance.
Stopping smoking costs £100 for a 90 minute session.
