About me

I am a Quest Institute trained Cognitive Hypnotherapist based in Marylebone, Central London. I offer support for anxiety, performance stress management, confidence and self-esteem issues and I specialise in treating OCD.

I experienced OCD from the age of 14 and I struggled with the condition for many years before I found Cognitive Hypnotherapy which enabled me to take control of my own healing process that empowered me to be the person I always knew I could be by helping me find my own solution to what I was experiencing.

I never thought that I would be able to get over OCD and the vast majority of my symptoms. Letting go of my need to do compulsions and control my environment just wasn't an option but being able to do that now is a dream come true.

It is now a pleasure to help clients experience the benefits of cognitive hypnotherapy when it comes to healing and treating OCD. I am passionate about helping clients reclaim their personal power and living a life that is truly authentic.

My approach is friendly and relaxed and I can work with you either in person or online via Skype and Zoom, whichever suits your needs more and accommodates your schedule.

I also provide support for performance stress management which includes musical performance, public speaking, exam and interview nerves and work/life balance issues.

Having trained as a flautist in classical music performance, I understand how challenging it can be to manage stress, anxiety and performance nerves within the context of high pressure and demanding working environments.

If you are preparing for a musical performance, public speaking event, are struggling with stress at work or simply having difficulty managing stress and anxiety in general, please give me a call for a friendly chat to discuss your requirements. If you also need help with improving your confidence and self-esteem, please send me an email or give me a call to see how I can help you.

I usually recommend a minimum of three-six sessions.

For more information on how I can help, please visit my website for more details.

I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy and the CNHC which is the official government body for complementary healthcare practitioners for the UK.
