Here at Welfare & Welfare we take a practical and realistic approach to helping you improve your life. We have had a wide life experience and are therefore able to practice therapy in a way that is relevant to the everyday life of the client.

We will help you to manage and enhance your life rather than only treating the immediate issue. Through this approach we help to assist you to be confident in managing your difficulties while achieving a satisfactory and lasting outcome.

We will work together to develop a strategy that will give you the fastest relief now and also the capability of managing any potential difficulties you may encounter in the future. The strategy we develop will be planned to give you benefit of not having to come back for long term therapy

Our wide-ranging mix of qualifications and certified therapies provide a highly specific therapy process designed to work well for you as an individual. Although we may also use reliable Counselling skills, Neuro linguistic programming, (NLP) Coaching for couples and relationships and Hypnotherapy exclusively , as required.

Training, qualifications & experience

I Studied Hypnotherapy with Chrysalis in Maidstone Kent alongside a counselling  course. and for my advanced qualifications I attended  Cressingham College. I am also a qualified NLP Practitioner. I continue to develop my skills by attending many CPD program courses each year to expand the services and treatment plans available to my clients.

The National Hypnotherapy Society is a Learned Society whose primary purpose is the advancement of the knowledge of hypnotherapy and the fostering of professional hypnotherapy expertise through training, accreditation and continued professional development of their members. The Society seeks to contribute to public wellbeing both through the use of hypnotherapy and by ensuring that hypnotherapists are safe, competent and ethical in practice.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Free initial in-person or telephone session

I offer a free initial consultation

I charge £75 for your first session will usually last 2 hours.

£50 for follow up sessions if required 

£10 supplement for out of office sessions this includes travel costs.

The amount of sessions needed will depend on the individual and issue concerned. We will have a review to discuss this so that you can make a decision on how you feel after the first session.

Further information

Our Treatment room has a very comfortable and welcoming feel has been fitted with a Ventilation/Extraction system for our safety and comfort. We now have cleaning breaks between all clients.

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs.
