About me

I have been helping clients since 1993 and am passionate about both Hypnotherapy and general health care. Hypnosis can help with many things including; Weight Loss, Smoking cessation,  fears and phobias, stress, anxiety and depression,

As well as being a Clinical Hypnotherapist, I'm also an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Paramedic and Independent Prescriber. Giving me an in-depth understanding about the physical as well as the psychological aspects of client’s needs.

At Hypnotherapy for Health, we will enable you to fulfil your potential and make the most of your life, free from unwanted sensations and long standing beliefs that have limited your life. Instead having the self-esteem and confidence to achieve your goals. Hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness similar to states that you experience just before you fall asleep and shortly after you wake. In hypnosis you reach a state of deep relaxation, but have a heightened level of concentration and focused attention.

Clinical Hypnotherapy allows the therapist to speak directly to the subconscious mind of the client and employs psychological techniques to alter deep seated behaviour.

Areas of hypnotherapy I deal with

Information about health conditions (*)

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.

Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with

As a medical professional your consultation takes into account a complete holistic picture where we look at any health and medication issues, free advice is given on other areas you can follow up with your GP.
