I have a background as a nutritionist, working with weight management and IBS. I wanted to find a way to address the psychological side of weight loss as well as a drug-free option for IBS sufferers.
I always try to help clients in the fewest number of sessions possible, whilst bring about maximum change. Hypnotherapy is relaxing and enjoyable, and often changes are noticed after the first session.
Normally only 3-6 sessions are needed to create changes. This depends on the complexity of what you are addressing and how quickly you respond to hypnotherapy. Sessions are generally spaced a week apart.
