Hi, I'm Charlie - I'm a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist undertaking further and ongoing training in Integrative Psychotherapy.
I specialise in birth trauma and phobia, fertility and anxiety.
My further training (the highest standard in the UK) means that I can work with you on a much deeper level, utilising psychotherapy approaches - if that's what you need.
I have a private therapy room in Bromley, South East London / Kent and also work over Zoom, offering Hypnotherapy, Integrative Therapy and Life Coaching.
I'm also an EFT tapping Practitioner.
I imagine you've found your way here because you're looking to make changes in your life.
Perhaps you're finding yourself suffering increasingly with anxiety?
Maybe stress has become an issue for you?
Or perhaps you're struggling with fertility issues and need a helping hand with your emotional wellbeing?
It could be that the thought of making a speech at work or over Zoom is giving you sleepless nights?
Therapy is a powerful process and can offer wonderful tools to help you make incredible changes.
I work with you in an integrative way to help you discover what is going on for you and how you can move on to live a happier, and more authentic life.
