About me

I work with an integrative approach to fit whatever you want to bring to sessions. I have 24 years of therapeutic experience in either teaching or private practice, as well as working with youngsters in education settings. Over the years, I have adapted and grown my own approach to suit the unique individuals that I work with to support the change that is needed. Using creativity, curiosity, and my own love of learning.

I provide an objective listening ear outside of your social circle to explore your current situation. Taking the time to talk through things that have been difficult can provide relief in itself, but when combined with additional positive approaches, it can provide you with the insights necessary to support growth and change from a conscious perspective.

Cognitive Hypnotherapy can help you to relax more and turn down the dial on stress and anxiety, allowing your nervous system to reset. This is so important in any quest for wellness but is often overlooked. If you're ready to take the first small step, you can call me to find out more.
