About me

I have been offering Clinical Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and NLP in Kingston upon Thames and London to adults and children since 1999.

I use a variety of techniques to treat emotional and behavioural problems like anxieties, panic attacks, addictions, depression, phobias, social phobias, OCD, stop smoking, weight loss including Gastric Band Hypnotherapy (Hypno Band) and many more.  I work with clients using Hypnosis, Mindfulness, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and hypnosis.

I am a qualified children’s therapist using NLP, CBT  and hypnosis to deal with anything from anxiety, panic attacks, low self esteem, confidence, motivation, body image worries, friendship issues to exam and revision stress.

I have also taken specialist training to teach the Easibirthing system to pregnant mothers and their partners enabling them to have a much more relaxed, calm pregnancy and childbirth experience with pain control.
