About me

Are you looking for help to reduce stress and anxiety, quit smoking, lose weight, build confidence and self-esteem? Do you just want to learn some skills to help you to relax and sleep better? Hypnotherapy may be just what you're looking for.

At Three Hazels I practice Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapy. This method focuses on helping you to find your inner strength to move forward instead of reflecting on your past.

During sessions we’ll talk about what changes you want to make and then, using gentle relaxation and visualisation techniques to help rewire your brain, we will help you to feel more positive and ready to move forward.

Using my skills and experience I will explain why you are feeling the way you are and what we can do to make the changes so that you can take back control and be the person that you want to be.

Please be assured that you will not lose control and you cannot be made to do or say or think anything that you don't want to. The whole experience will be relaxing and very positive.

I offer a no obligation consultation where we can talk about how we can work together and by using a combination of psychotherapy and hypnotherapy we can promote feelings of well being and help you to start to live the life you really want to.

Why not contact me now and make that first all important step towards living the life you dream of.
