About me
Hi I'm Willow C Bennett. I know that you can free yourself of what is troubling you and have a thriving, authentic life because I have so much experience in helping my clients to free themselves.
I am a trauma & ADHD informed Therapeutic Life Coach who uses with psychology, EFT Tapping, Hypnotherapy, NLP and Timeline Therapy.
I focus on the insightful use of modern techniques to get fast results while supporting you to feel safe, supported and empowered. I work primarily over the internet using Zoom (or Skype/Facetime) where I get the same results wherever someone is in the world.
Together we can resolve your emotional or behavioural issues and ease physical symptoms. I help people clear whatever is holding them back.
I'm experienced, confident, passionate and enthusiastic about empowering people. I'll help you to understand what's really going on and to see (and feel) what a difference this work can make. You will know when it works because you'll feel it.
I am qualified, registered and insured and I follow the code of ethics of the professional bodies of which I am a member.
I am also a published writer of self help books, having been published in eight languages in 14 countries.
If you are unsure about hypnosis we can easily work on your issues without you having to be 'hypnotised' instead we'll just work with your unconscious.
There are so many ways to sort out your issues. It really all starts with having someone to talk it through with who knows what they're doing. I'm friendly. professional, insightful, non judgemental and very experienced at helping clients change what they want to change.

Member organisations
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
